Edited to Add:
According to Think Progress, this video clip comes from a workers' rally last week in Sacramento, CA. In other words, Fox News couldn't find anything to back up their case in Wisconsin and then had to comb through footage of all the other rallies before they found this clip, but they don't mention that to their viewers.
